    一个合格的教师必须具备教师职业活动的各种心理素质,以自己优秀的心理素质去塑造新一代的心灵,出色地完成教书育人的任务。
    首先,教师要有教师的职业意识素质,面对自身从事教育实践的认识、情感、意志、态度等心理活动有所觉知。这主要指教师要具备明确的教育指导思想,创新意识和奉献意识。    其次,教师要有教师的职业情感素质。教师崇高的职业情感是推动积极工作的强大力量,是搞好教育教学工作的重要前提条件。教师的职业情感,主要包括热爱教育事业和热爱学生两个方面。
    Ⅳ.分析题
    总体来说,各种教学方法,以它们指导思想的不同,可归并为两大类:启发式和注入式,这是两种根本对立的方法。
    启发式是指教师把学生作为教学中的学习活动的主体,重视并善于培养和激发学生学习的动机,使之对学习产生浓厚的兴趣和增强学习的意志,充分调动学生学习的主动性;通过教师的启发,诱导,提示,点拨,使学生积极地动脑、动口、动手,能举一反三,从而培养学生的思雏能力和探索创造精神。
    注入式是一种“填鸭式”的教学方法。教师在教学过程中,不考虑学生认识过程的客观规  律及他们的理解能力和认识水平,视学生为“容器”,把现在的知识理论灌输给学生,使学生处于被动的接受地位,机械地呆读死记,“食而不化”。
    “启发式”和“注入式”的区别不在于课堂教学中教师讲授内容的多少,提问与否,师生各占用时间的长短,而在于教师在教学中是否把学生放在了主体的地位,是否使学生主动、积极地进行思考。前者有利于学生的发展,后者则不利于学生的发展,甚至起到了阻碍学生发展的作用。教学必须废除注入式,采用启发式,才能收到切实的效果。
