　　考生须知

　　1.试卷二满分35分。考试时间为60分钟，本考试及格标准为总分60分，其中试卷二不低于18分。

　　2．请考生务必将本人考号最后两位数字填写在本页右上角方框内。

　　3．试卷二的答案一律用蓝色或黑色墨水笔写在试卷二答题卡指定区域内，未写在答题卡指定区域或

　　写在试卷上的无效。

　　4．宣布考试结束后，请一律停笔，将试卷二和试卷二答题卡反扣在自己的桌面上，坐在原位，等

　　待监考员收试卷二和试卷二答题卡。待监考员全部收齐点清无误，宣布可以离场后，方可离开考

　　场。

　　5．交卷时，考生须配合监考员验收，并请监考员在准考证上签字（作为考生交卷的凭据）。否则，若发

　　生答卷遗失，责任由考生自负。

　　Part I Translation (30 minutes, 20 points)

　　Section A

　　Directions: Translate the following passage into Chinese. Write your translation on the ANSWER SHEET.

　　Environment refers to everything affecting us, such as plants, animals, buildings, lands, air, water and so on. Human beings are also a part of it. Man' life, though very short, does more damage to the environment than other biology, which is due to the habit of ignorance, greediness and waste of human beings. The land resources, consumptive resources as well as environmental pollution are all limited which make the economic develop within a certain limit. The human beings will be punished by nature sooner or later if they continue to seek for economic interests blindly while neglect environmental protection.

　　Directions: Translate the following passage into English. Write your translation on the ANSWER SHEET.

　　家是给人住的，因此，我想一切都应该以让人不感到别扭为度。过分用心了，人便变成了家的奴隶，整天替家当保姆，不值得。一个让人羡慕的家庭环境，所有的布置都应该是以能促进家庭成员彼此之间的健康和谐为基本的前提。一个好的家居要充满人情味，太干净、太讲究，人情味必打折扣。有的人的家里，喜欢收拾到仅供外宾参观似的结果，作为家庭的主人，自己也成了无所适从的客人。

　　Directions: In this part, you are to write within 30 minutes a composition of no less than 150 words. You could follow the clues. Remember to write the composition clearly on the ANSWERSHEET.

　　Women make a great contribution to the progress of modern society. But there are still some people who don't agree with it. There has been a discussion recently on the issue in a newspaper. Write an essay to the newspaper based on the following outline.
