华为AR28-31路由器的E1捆绑配置

　　配置以太网网口

　　华为AR28-31路由器的SNMP配置
　　在之前使用mrtg进行采集的过程中，会报错：。。。。m4only...等等。。是因为snmp-agent sys-info version v3 ，而我们改为了all就可以了。
