询问信
询问信是希望获取信息的信件，分为三个部分：1. 说明自己的计划或目的，也就是询问信息的原因;2. 征询具体信息;3. 期待回复并表示感谢。
写作“三步走”：
引言部分自我介绍并讲明询问目的→发展部分是询问的主要内容→最后期待回复并表示感谢。
注意：
为了让对方一目了然，也便于回答，在内容的安排上应该简明扼要，可以用数字列出具体问题，如first, second, third or 1、2、3。

1、I would be most grateful if you could send me information regarding/concerning…
如果能给我提供……方面的信息我将不胜感激。
2、I am writing to see if it is possible for you to provide me with information regarding…
我写信是想知道您能否给我提供有关……的信息。
3、I wonder if you could tell me the information about…
我想知道您能否给我提供……的信息。
4、I am writing for the information about…
我写信是想知道关于……的信息。
5、I would like to know whether you could provide me with information regarding…
我想知道您是否能给我提供……的信息。
6、I wish to request materials for…
我想要关于……的资料。

期待您及时答复。
