　　a)FOB means free on board装运港船上交货价.
　　CIF means cost, insurance and freight 成本、运费、保险费在内价.
　　b)B点只要提到就可记分！FOB卖方承担的基本义务是在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内，将货物装上买方指派的船只，并及时通知买方。货物在装船时越过船舷，风险即由卖方转移至买方。买方要负责租船订舱，支付运费，并将船期、船名及时通知卖方。货物在装运港越过船舷后的其他责任、费用也都由买方负担，包括取得进口许可证或其他官方证件，以及办理货物入境的手续和费用。
　　CIF卖方的基本义务是负责按通常条件租船订舱、支付到目的港的运费，并在规定的装运港和规定的期限内将货物装上船。装船后及时通知买方。卖方负责办理从装运港到目的地的海运货物保险，支付保险费。在业务上，有人称C.I.F.为“到岸价”，其实，按C.I.F.条件成交时，卖主仍是在装运港完成交货，卖方承担的风险也是在装运港时，货物越过船航以前的风险。越过船舷以后的风险由买方承担。货物装船后自装运港到目的港的运费、保险费以外的费用也要由买方负担。除此之外，买方还要自负风险和费用取得进口许可证或其他官方证件，办理进口手续并按合同规定支付货款。
