写对询函的肯定答复的方法

　　对询函的肯定答复可以给询问者一个肯定的信息，如接受订货要求、提供所需信息或是和新公司建立贸易上的往来。如果询函来自一家未曾有过业务联系的公司，一个肯定的答复还应表示出合作的意向，甚至可能促成一笔交易。

　　肯定答复可不是一句“Yes，we can do it.”就可以的，还应该提供一些强调产品或服务的重要信息。下面是一些肯定答复的写作注意事项：

　　1.Answer promptly，directly，clearly and accurately。

　　2.Emphasis one or two positive features of your product or service。

　　3.Choose words and a tone that convince reader to act。

　　4.Include a sales appeal for the product or service，and build goodwill through the whole letter。

　　5.End courteously。

　　下面是对一封要求调整家具的询函的肯定答复，请大家体会一下。
